Work for A1/One Call Taxis in Liverpool

These are the steps you need to follow to apply for a new taxi licence in Liverpool:

1. Produce a Certificate of Good Conduct

2. Get your DBS and DVLA checks

3. Pass the Liverpool Standard Part 1

4. Pass the Street Knowledge Test and get ID checked

5. Get a medical certificate

6. Apply for your licence

Once you have submitted your application you must email scanned copies or pictures of all the certificates and proofs you have obtained in steps 1-5, along with a passport photo to regulatory.licensing@liverpool.gov.uk. The Council will not be able to issue your licence until they receive and validate them.
